The ACT 08-09 Dodge Caliber SRT-4 HD/Race Sprung 6 Pad Clutch Kit is engineered for high-performance street and race applications. Featuring ACT's most popular heavy-duty pressure plate, this kit offers increased clamp load and reduced deflection thanks to an exclusive diaphragm design. The pressure plate's four-stage heat treatment ensures durability and reliable performance under demanding conditions. Precision cover stampings enhance rigidity and consistency, contributing to smooth engagement and longevity. The kit includes a 6-pad, spring-centered race disc designed to dampen torsional vibrations effectively, which helps resist failure during aggressive driving and high RPM operation. This design results in a harsher engagement but allows for faster shifting, making it ideal for larger clutch sizes that need to absorb more heat and withstand higher horsepower levels.
