The NGK ZFR5F-11 V-Power Spark Plug is engineered to deliver reliable ignition performance and improved ignitability over standard nickel spark plugs. Featuring NGK’s signature V-cut center electrode, this plug directs the spark to the edge of the electrode to help the spark develop more rapidly, increasing ignitability while reducing quenching. The result is dependable starts, smooth idle quality, and consistent combustion performance in a wide range of OE applications.
Built with a copper core for effective heat removal and a pure alumina silicate ceramic insulator for added strength and improved heat transfer, the ZFR5F-11 is designed for long-lasting performance and durability. Trivalent metal plating provides superior anti-corrosion and anti-seizing protection for easier installation and removal, while corrugated ribs help prevent flashover and triple seals help prevent leakage. This resistor spark plug is a solid replacement choice for engines originally equipped with OE nickel alloy plugs.
