Description:

The NGK WR5 is a V-Power spark plug engineered for reliable ignition performance across a wide range of Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, and select commercial engine applications. The patented V-cut center electrode channels the spark to the electrode's edge, promoting faster flame kernel development and improved ignitability compared to standard flat-tip designs. Built with a pure alumina silicate ceramic insulator and a copper core, the WR5 delivers consistent heat transfer and dependable performance under varying engine loads.

With an 18mm thread diameter, tapered seat, and projected tip design, this plug is engineered for precise fitment without the need for a sealing washer. Trivalent metal plating on the shell provides anti-corrosion and anti-seize protection, while triple seals and corrugated ribs guard against leakage and flashover. Rated to a service life of up to 30,000 miles and backed by NGK's standard warranty, the WR5 is a dependable OEM replacement choice for a broad spectrum of vehicles and equipment.
