Protect your carbureted fuel system with the Earl’s Vapor Guard™ 3/8" Fuel Hose, engineered to withstand today’s harsh fuel blends. Modern fuels with ethanol and additives can quickly deteriorate standard rubber hoses — leading to leaks, fuel loss, and potential injector clogging. Earl’s Vapor Guard hose eliminates these problems with advanced multilayer barrier technology for long-term durability and vapor control.
This innovative hose features a three-layer construction:
A Primary Barrier Layer that resists heat and aggressive fuel additives
A Thermoplastic Vapor Guard™ Barrier that prevents fuel permeation and vapor loss
An Exterior Cover Barrier that protects against ozone and extreme temperatures
Designed for carbureted systems (up to 50 PSI), this hose provides a reliable, economical solution for performance builds, classic restorations, and motorsport applications.

  • 3/8" fuel hose rated for carburetor systems only (not for EFI use)

Shipping Coverage
If your package arrives damaged, please notify the delivery driver immediately and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
You must report any missing or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.
After this time, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Returns

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.

Refunds
