The CARDONE 22-1003 Remanufactured Rack and Pinion Assembly is engineered and reconditioned to meet or exceed OE performance and durability standards. Every unit is equipped with 100% new OE-style O-rings and lip seals to provide long-lasting, leak-free steering performance. Precision surfacing of internal rack components ensures proper chamber sealing, preventing hydraulic cross-leaks and extending service life.
Each rack undergoes complete performance and hydraulic testing—verifying correct pressure, flow, steering effort, and overall function. New spool valve seals and rack donut seals are installed to eliminate internal leakage, while polished micro-finish sleeves in the valve housing (where applicable) enhance durability under demanding conditions. A protective external coating guards against corrosion and wear.

Shipping Coverage
If your package arrives damaged, please notify the delivery driver immediately and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
Return Process

Refunds
