Installation & Warranty Tips

Perform a complete flush of the steering system (rack/gearbox, cooler, lines, reservoir).

Fill with manufacturer-specified power steering fluid only.

Install a return-side in-line filter to protect the new pump.

Transfer/press the pulley to the correct depth; verify belt alignment.
