The Aeromotive Atomic Belt Drive Mechanical Fuel Pump (Part Number: aer11115) delivers reliable high-flow fuel delivery suitable for demanding EFI and carbureted engine applications. Engineered with a robust gear-driven design, this pump can support up to 12 gallons per minute, making it ideal for high-performance vehicles with horsepower ratings reaching 5,000 HP on gasoline and up to 2,500 HP on methanol. Its versatile flow capacity ensures compatibility with a wide range of fuel systems, including those using gasoline, ethanol, or methanol fuels. The pump's high efficiency is achieved through a gerotor pumping mechanism housed within a durable, Type III hard coat anodized body, CNC machined from 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum for strength and corrosion resistance. Designed for belt drive operation, it requires a pulley and cog drive belt driven directly from your engine's crankshaft, enabling seamless integration into your drivetrain setup. The pump features removable inlet and outlet ports, with a 1.25-inch barb and AN-16 male inlet, and an ORB-12 female outlet, providing flexible connection options to your fuel system. For EFI applications, high-flow bypass regulators are recommended for optimal performance. Sold separately, the mounting bracket (P/N 11706) facilitates secure installation. This pump supports high-pressure, high-volume fuel delivery essential for race cars, street performance builds, and custom automotive projects where fuel demands are critical.
