Description

The aFe BladeRunner Turbo Inlet Manifold is engineered to improve airflow efficiency and turbo response for 2006–2010 GM Silverado 2500HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax V8 diesel engine. Constructed from high-strength A356-T6 aluminum, this inlet manifold features aFe’s patented Multi-Directional Vane (MDV) technology, which guides air smoothly into the turbocharger to reduce turbulence and backpressure. The result is improved turbo spool-up, lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and measurable power gains — up to +9 horsepower and +23 lb.-ft. of torque.

This performance upgrade is a direct replacement for the restrictive factory inlet, offering superior durability and flow characteristics while maintaining factory fitment. The complete kit includes a turbo inlet manifold, inlet adapter with couplings, CCV tube adapter, and all necessary installation hardware, ensuring a straightforward, bolt-on installation.

CARB-exempt under EO Number D-550-44, the BladeRunner Turbo Inlet Manifold is fully legal for use in California and all 50 states. Whether towing, daily driving, or racing, this upgrade enhances efficiency and reliability while maintaining emissions compliance.
