The DEI Reflect-A-GOLD™ Heat Tape is an essential solution for managing heat soak in automotive environments. Its lightweight construction and easy-to-apply adhesive backing ensure a secure fit without lifting or shifting during operation. Whether used in firewalls, bulkheads, or under hoods, Reflect-A-GOLD™ provides reliable thermal protection in demanding conditions.
The tape handles continuous temperatures up to 800°F and resists UV degradation, making it suitable for long-term performance in exposed environments. Its protective release liner is rated up to 325°F, facilitating straightforward application without the need for special tools or preparation.
Available in 1-1/2 inch wide rolls, this 15-foot length offers versatility for various installation needs. Its thin profile, measuring only 0.0065 inches thick, allows it to be trimmed to fit specific areas with minimal clearance requirements.
