The DEI Heat Sheath GOLD™ is engineered to provide superior heat and abrasion protection for automotive lines, hoses, and wires in demanding environments. Constructed from a high-temperature metalized polyimide lamination bonded to a durable 20oz heat-treated glass fiber base material, this sleeving effectively reflects radiant heat up to 800°F. Its robust design helps prevent failure caused by excessive heat exposure, ensuring critical components such as air intakes and hoses remain cool and protected under high-temperature conditions. Ideal for use in performance and racing applications, the Heat Sheath GOLD™ withstands temperatures up to 1100°F on the base glass, offering reliable thermal management and longevity in tough operating environments. Note: Do not apply directly to exhaust components. Each package includes one 36-inch length of sleeving with a 3/4-inch inside diameter, suitable for a wide range of automotive and industrial uses. The product has been tested to industry standards (FSTM 191.5100 and ASTM D1117), confirming its durability and heat-reflective capabilities. Its universal design allows for easy installation and compatibility across various applications, making it an essential tool for protecting vital lines from radiant heat damage and abrasion. Shipping Coverage
If your package arrives damaged, please notify the delivery driver immediately and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
You must report any missing or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.
After this time, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
Return Process
Contact our Customer Support team to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending items back.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
