The Hengst E104H D43 Oil Filter Kit is an insert cartridge type filter designed to help keep engine oil clean by filtering dust, metal particles, soot, and other contaminants. By ensuring only clean oil reaches lubrication and bearing points, this cartridge-style design supports consistent engine protection during normal service intervals.
As part of Hengst’s ENERGETIC® concept, this oil filter kit is designed so that only the filter insert needs to be replaced during service. The valves, screw-on (plastic) cover, and the aluminum housing remain on the engine block for their service life. When the cap is removed, an automatic drain valve opens so used oil can flow through a separate channel back into the oil pan, helping reduce mess and limiting contact with oil during maintenance.
Built for modern engine demands, Hengst filter inserts use the latest generation of filter media with added synthetic fibers and high filtration grades for strong dirt-holding capacity. High-quality seals and gaskets and a secure connection between the seal, end cap, and filter paper are designed to support operational reliability, including resistance to high temperatures and stability during sudden pressure changes.

Shipping Coverage
If your package arrives damaged, please notify the delivery driver immediately and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
You must report any missing or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.
After this time, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
