The 55% larger intercooler core provides increased heat-sinking capacity compared with the factory tube-and-fin unit, reducing intake air temperatures by up to 36°F at wide-open throttle. Optimized internal airflow delivers a 30% lower pressure drop than stock, helping reduce turbocharger strain while maintaining boost efficiency and consistent power under load. A custom shroud directs airflow across the full core, while cast end tanks, billet aluminum ORB ports, updated mounting bushings, and an included crush washer support a secure, long-term installation without trimming.
