The Mishimoto MMINT-F35T-15KPSL Performance Intercooler and Polished Pipe Kit is designed for 2015-2016 Ford F-150 models equipped with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. This direct-fit upgrade replaces restrictive, unattractive factory plastic piping with free-flowing aluminum pipes, durable silicone boots, and a high-capacity silver intercooler. The system is engineered to reduce intake air temperatures, improve airflow, enhance throttle response, and help the twin-turbocharged EcoBoost engine produce consistent performance.
The intercooler increases core volume by 77 percent over the factory unit and expands external fin surface area by 163 percent for improved heat transfer. Its bar-and-plate construction and cast end tanks provide excellent durability under demanding driving conditions. The polished aluminum pipes increase total internal volume by 24 percent over the stock intercooler pipes, helping reduce airflow restriction between the turbochargers, intercooler, and intake system.
Installation is streamlined with a cold-side pipe featuring a CNC quick-disconnect, pre-installed O-ring, and spring clip. DuraCore silicone boots and constant-tension worm gear clamps provide reliable sealing and improved resistance to boost-related blowouts. An additional port on the cold-side pipe can be drilled and tapped for methanol injection or sensor installation. The kit is emissions compliant and covered by Mishimoto’s Lifetime Warranty.
