Mishimoto 2015 Subaru WRX Top-Mount Intercooler - Black

Upgrade your Subaru WRX with the Mishimoto 2015 model top-mount intercooler, engineered for optimal performance and maximum charge temperature drops. The high-efficiency bar-and-plate core, TIG-welded to durable cast aluminum end tanks, ensures excellent heat transfer, supporting vehicles up to 500 wheel horsepower. Thanks to its 4-inch thick core and dense fin pitch, this intercooler effectively reduces intake air temperatures during repeated wide-open throttle pulls and track use, helping maintain consistent power delivery. This design minimizes heat soak, a common issue with stock top-mount intercoolers, especially during demanding driving conditions, making it an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts seeking reliable, high-performance cooling with ease of installation. The intercooler bolts directly onto your existing setup, compatible with Mishimoto or other aftermarket charge pipes using the provided silicone coupler, allowing for a straightforward installation in under an hour without modifications to your engine bay. Included with the kit are a four-piece air splitter to enhance airflow into the intercooler and a silicone intercooler to throttle-body hose for durability under high boost. Built to withstand demanding conditions, this intercooler is finished in either sleek Silver or Stealth Black powder coating and is backed by Mishimoto's lifetime warranty for peace of mind. Designed specifically for 2015-2017 Subaru WRX models, this intercooler is a perfect choice for drivers seeking improved charge cooling, increased power, and enhanced reliability on both street and track days. Its robust construction and tested performance gains make it a popular upgrade for serious Subaru enthusiasts looking to maximize their vehicle’s potential and maintain peak performance during intense driving sessions.
