Mishimoto Compact Baffled Oil Catch Can - 3-Port, Billet Aluminum Oil Separator for PCV and CCV Systems

The Mishimoto Compact Baffled Oil Catch Can (Part Number: misMMBCC-CBTHR-BK) is engineered to effectively prevent oil blow-by from reaching your vehicle's intake system. Crafted from 100% billet 6061 aluminum, this durable and lightweight catch can features a sleek sealed design with multiple mounting angles, providing versatile installation options. Its two-port configuration includes an inlet and outlet, both equipped with 3/8 inch NPT threads, allowing seamless integration with various PCV and CCV systems. Two black nylon fittings are included to facilitate straightforward setup. The internal baffling and air diverter turbulates airflow, ensuring maximum separation of oil particles from the blow-by gases before they can reach your intake. The 50-micron bronze filter captures oil droplets effectively, safeguarding your intercooler, intake manifold, and other critical engine components. The can's internal design prevents splashing and allows for easy maintenance, with a removable drain plug for effortless oil removal and cleaning. Unlike traditional air-oil separators, this catch can does not heat the gases, enabling it to condense low-octane oil vapors and contaminated fuel vapors efficiently. It traps blow-by gases permanently, preventing harmful contaminants from recirculating into the engine. This product is a high-quality, washable alternative to disposable filtration systems, ensuring long-term reliability and performance. Ideal for performance enthusiasts seeking a compact, efficient, and durable oil catch solution, the Mishimoto Compact Baffled Oil Catch Can offers superior oil separation while maintaining installation flexibility and ease of maintenance.
