The ACT Mod-Twin 225 HD Rigid Race Clutch Kit is designed for high-performance applications, including drag racing, road racing, and rally events, offering exceptional durability and precise engagement. This kit features a combination of high-quality ceramic friction surfaces and a solid Mono-Drive hub, enabling aggressive launches and rapid gear shifts while maintaining a consistent pedal feel. The diaphragm spring undergoes a specialized four-stage heat treatment process, ensuring durability and consistent performance under demanding conditions. The puck-style ceramic friction plates provide a high friction coefficient, superior heat capacity, and extended clutch life, effectively transferring torque to the heat-treated chrome-moly Mono-Drive hub for increased strength and longevity. The lightweight, rigid design promotes quicker shifts and reliable operation, making it suitable for high-torque AWD vehicles. The kit includes a CNC-machined, dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, face, puck-style ceramic friction plates, Mono-Drive hub, floater, Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing if needed. All components are fully rebuildable, and most parts can be ordered separately for maintenance or upgrades. Designed with a forged aluminum cover and premium materials, this clutch kit delivers maximum performance with high heat tolerance, making it ideal for rigorous racing conditions. Each clutch is 100% clamp load tested, balanced, and SFI certified, ensuring safety and reliability during intense driving.
