By removing moisture and contaminants, this desiccant element helps protect key A/C components from corrosion, internal wear, and refrigerant contamination—supporting long-term system durability and efficiency.

Built to meet or exceed original equipment standards, this Carquest Premium kit is engineered for dependable operation under real-world conditions. The desiccant is 100% tested and assembled in a controlled environment, and every unit is helium leak tested prior to packaging to ensure air tightness and consistent performance. Installation O-rings are included, helping ensure a proper seal during service.
